The Glasshouse is available to rent for intimate celebrations, meals, photo sessions, and creative gatherings of up to 12 guests. Set directly in the meadow at Mountain Pines Meadow, it offers a private space of your own while keeping the surrounding landscape, changing light, and evening sky very much a part of the experience.
Bring together a few favorite people for brunch or dinner. Plan a bridal shower, anniversary, tea party, or small celebration. Reserve the space for portraits or a creative project. Or come to us with an idea we haven’t thought of yet.
The Glasshouse is intentionally simple and flexible - ready for you to make it your own.
Things You Should Know
Before you start planning, here are a few basics about the space:

Micro weddings: Glasshouse bookings do not include ceremonies or micro wedding events. To host your micro wedding with us, please explore our Wedding Packages page.

Capacity: Interior space up to 12 guests. For gatherings outside the Glasshouse, we can accommodate larger groups.

Size: Approximately 145 square feet

Setting: Located directly in the meadow at Mountain Pines Meadow

Power: There is no conventional electricity in the Glasshouse; lighting and the fan are solar-powered.

Restrooms: Deluxe portable restrooms are available on-site.

Sometimes you only need the Glasshouse for an hour or two. Other occasions deserve an entire afternoon or evening.
Rental options are available for shorter sessions as well as half-day and full-day gatherings, giving you the flexibility to choose what makes sense for your plans.
