To secure your date a $1,000 non-refundable deposit is required with a signed contract upon booking.

60” round tables - 8 guests to a table
6’ rectangular banquet tables - optional for dining, cake, gift, food/buffet, beverages or snacks
White linens provided for both round and banquet tables
Wedding ceremony set up of tables, chairs and linens
Use of Bridal Suite & Parlor (includes living room, kitchen, bedroom with ensuite and Parlor)
Use of Gentlemen’s Quarters (includes large foyer with 9' hall tree, mini-fridge, Keurig w/coffee, private bedroom with ensuite)
Use of the Celebration Hall (1,260 sq. ft. building) - includes caterer’s prep kitchen, full-size fridge/freezer, microwave (Note: this kitchen is not equipped with a sink)
