Classic Package includes:

2-day rental (16 hours)

5:30 to 9:30 pm

Saturday

10:00 am to 10:00 pm

$6,000

(8.4% tax not included, pricing subject to change)


To secure your date a $1,000 non-refundable deposit is required with a signed contract upon booking.


Items included in package:

  • 100 guests maximum (includes wedding party, and children 3 and older)

  • White folding chairs (100 available)

  • 60” round tables - 8 guests to a table

  • 6’ rectangular banquet tables - optional for dining, cake, gift, food/buffet, beverages or snacks

  • White linens provided for both round and banquet tables 

  • Wedding ceremony set up of tables, chairs and linens

  • Use of Bridal Suite & Parlor (includes living room, kitchen, bedroom with ensuite and Parlor)

  • Use of Gentlemen’s Quarters (includes large foyer with 9' hall tree, mini-fridge, Keurig w/coffee, private bedroom with ensuite)

  • Use of the Celebration Hall (1,260 sq. ft. building) - includes caterer’s prep kitchen, full-size fridge/freezer, microwave (Note: this kitchen is not equipped with a sink)

  • Rustic 9’ wedding arch

  • Large lighted walk through arbor with flower bed accents - optional ceremony site

  • Sunshade sails for added shade

  • Gazebo with Edison lights - very versatile (can be used for cake/dessert table, guest book/gift table, first look, first dance, band and games)

  • Sit and Sip Area (wine barrel tables, stools, fireplace and bar)

  • (2) Deluxe Portaloo with flushable toilets and sinks and outdoor wash station set apart in private setting with designated smoking area

  • Use of our unique nature trail; perfect for engagement photos, intimate first look, group photos, guest scavenger hunt or a leasurely walk

  • Exclusive use of our beautifully manicured meadow and flower gardens, choice of multiple wedding sites, reception activities, relaxing social settings, etc.

  • Owners on site for the entire event
